An excellent example is the RSP-100’s "Shift" feature allows users to signal the start their working day and also confirm how long their working day is expected to run. This provides important data input for time and attendance and payroll applications.

The RSP-100 can be configured to ask the user to confirm they have finished the shift or indicate that they are continuing to work. If the end of shift reminder is ignored, the device will send a notification to an alarm receiving centre which will then contact the individual to confirm their welfare and status.

At the same time, the location and activity information automatically captured by the RSP-100 enables the Geonovo Lone Worker software platform to provide powerful management reporting delivering valuable insights on geographic deployment of staff, manning levels as well as facilitating the efficient redirection of staff as circumstances on the ground change.
